The Purchase:  You may purchase your new Hot Tub via telephone or by using our shopping cart.  If you make a mistake, its easy to call and change something.  There are no discounts associated with using the shopping cart, so feel free to call and ask questions, or place your order with a live representative:

The Shopping Cart will only charge your card for $200 plus the cost of accessories (if you choose to only pay the down payment).  The balance will be collected after the spa is built and ready to be shipped.  You may call and cancel at anytime prior to shipment and receive a full refund. If you put a purchase on your card and you decide you would rather not purchase the item, just call one of the phone numbers above and the amount charged will be applied back to your credit card.

Privacy Policy:  We are committed to ensuring your privacy. We keep the information that you give us during the ordering process private and confidential. We will never rent or share your e-mail address, name, phone number or any other identifying information with anyone else. Our shopping carts use 128K encrypted data transmission.

What You Will Get:  The Portable Hot Tubs we offer are hand crafted by HydroSpa in St. Petersburg,  Florida.  HydroSpas are normally rated in the top three places for quality and durability.  Hydrospa has been building 5 star rated hot tubs since 1975. The Company backs up this quality with an extensive, in home, parts and service warranty.  HydroSpas come with a national warranty company with 2,200 service technicians.  You may extend this warranty to either three of five years at a modest price.

HydroSpas feature has pioneered a new resin based cabinet in conjunction with CPI of Canada which offers greater durability, protection from moisture and added insulation. Hot tubs are filled and tested for 24 hours before shipping, a costly step that assures the quality of each tub. Spas are insulated with Epoxy, Fiberglass, Foam and Foil/Bubble Insulation inside the cabinet.  Hard covers, available in fourteen colors, are 4 Inches thick, tapered, dual strapped and locking. Each is reinforced with galvanized steel to hold up in even the heaviest snowfalls.

Your portable Hot tub/home spa will be delivered by North American Van Lines.  Normal delivery, which is free, brings the spa to your home.  The home spa is set down at curbside.  For an additional charge, North American will carry you new home spa to its permanent location.

Electrical Connections: You new home spa will require special wiring.  If you order a 110 volt spa (available in the Vitalizer, or Stamina) you will be required to change your receptacle to accommodate a dedicated 110 outlet (available at home depot for about $6).  If your spa is 220 volts (all other models), you will be required to hire an electrician and wire directly into the spa.  (a three prong 220 volt plug such as that used with a dryer is not acceptable).  This will involve installation of a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI).  The GFCI  (cost: $100-$199) will protect you and your spa from electrical surges and is an important component which is required in order to operate your spa. 

Should you decide to purchase a factory direct hot tub from PartyPools--one of the most experienced hot tub manufacturers, UK and international--you eliminate the local dealer and the mark-up associated with his services.   If your portable hot tub has a maintenance problem, you can call 1 877 B-E-S-T  S-P-A    between 9AM and 5PM Monday through Friday.  If they are not able to resolve the problem on the phone, they will arrange for a technician to come out to your home and repair the portable Hot Tub. Along with your purchase you will receive an instructional video and a starter chemical kit with instructions on how to use the chemicals and where to find the right chemicals for your Hot Tub.

Warranty:  You are entitled to a written warranty.  The interior surface is covered in the event of blistering (time varies with model).  Hydrospa will replace any interior shell which cracks (time varies with model).  All electrical and plumbing components are warranted (time varies with model).  This warranty includes parts and service. New and Unblemished Merchandise:  Partypools does not sell blemished, used or damaged spas available to its customers.  You are entitled to new equipment covered by factory warranty. 

Tested Merchandise:  All merchandise is factory tested.  No components are added or removed by Partypools (all factory delivery merchandise).  The Spa is completely assembled and ready to operate, NO additional assembly or construction is required by you.

Electrical Connections: All Spas installed in the United States require a G.F.C.I. (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter).  G.F.C.I. is an emergency electrical cut-off switch. This equipment can be purchased from your local electrician or electrical supply house.  A  G.F.C.I. is available from the manufacturer (hydrospa) for a charge of $100.

Delivery:  Spas will be unloaded from the moving van and set on the ground.
    A.) Optional Delivery Options: For an additional charge, the following services may be purchased:
        1.)  Back Yard Delivery: The Spa is carried to its permanent location and set in place.  This does not include lifting over walls, carrying up or down stairs or other working requiring cranes or special equipment.
        2.)  Crane:  A crane removes the Spa from the truck and lifts the spa to a specified location;

C.O.D. Delivery:  Items shipped C.O.D. require payment by secured funds which includes money order, certified check, official bank check or official credit union check.  (Cash is not acceptable). There is a 3% fee charged by the trucking company which can be paid by personal check or in cash.  North American Van Lines does not handle C.O.D. orders.  All C.O.D. orders are shipped by common carrier, Freight On Board (you are responsible for removal of the hot tub from the truck.)

Requirement to Reject Damaged Goods: It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect the Spa upon receipt. You are NOT expected to detect internal damage to components caused by shipping.  The Spa will be delivered in white plastic designed to show any contact.  If this wrap displays marks or is torn, the purchaser has the right and the responsibility to remove it and inspect the merchandise carefully.  If the Spa shows evidence of damage and  the freight agent (truck driver) refuses to allow inspection, the merchandise should be refused.
    A.) Merchandise Returned Due to Damage: If  Merchandise is returned to the manufacturer,  Partypools has the right and the responsibility to do one of the following:
        1.)  Repair and re-deliver the merchandise to you on a timely basis without any additional charge;
        2.) or, Replace the Spa with the same model, color and configuration within a period no greater than a new Buyer would wait for the purchase of a Spa;
        3.)  or, Refund the purchase amount completely.
    B.) Merchandise Accepted with Damage:
        1.)  An insurance policy has been purchased on your shipment and covers the full value of the merchandise.  If you elect to accept damaged merchandise, you should note the damage on the bill of lading. A copy of this bill of lading should be retained by you.  If possible, a picture should be taken of the damaged merchandise while it is still on the truck or, if not practical,  after it has been removed.  
        2.) Acceptance of damaged merchandise by you transfers the responsibility of collection for damages to you, the buyer.  PartyPools will assist you in contacting the shipper and/or the insurer.  
        3.)  HydroSpa will honor any reasonable request for parts or stain to repair minor damage which has occurred in shipping at no cost to you. This damage should be noted on the bill of lading.
            a.) Minor damage is defined as rub marks or indentations in the the top and bottom trim rails, broken vertical cabinet siding or minor staining which can be removed by sanding or steel wool.  This damage should be noted on the bill of lading;
            b.) Major damage is defined as chipped, cracked or broken top or bottom rails;  Chipped, cracked, or broken shell; intrusion into the cabinet by fork lift in which it is apparent that contact has been made with plumbing, components or the shell.  Never accept a Spa with major damage.

Surface Preparation:  Spas must be placed on firm, level surface which is well drained.   All Spas may be used either in doors or out doors.  

Customer Service:  HydroSpa maintains a customer service department.  All questions or warranty claims can be handled between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM EST (Monday thru Fridays except holidays).  Call 1-877 B-E-S-T-S-P-A.

Returns:  Unused merchandise may be returned under the following terms:
    A.) The item has been misrepresented in one of the following ways:
           1.)  if a spa is purchased from inventory, equipment specified that is not installed on the Spa and the purchaser has given HydroSpa or Partypools 30 days to correct such problems;
            2.) The Spa is not the make, model or color specified on the purchase receipt.
    B.) The Spa contains a material defect which can not be corrected by repair and you, the buyer, have given HydroSpa 30 days to correct the problem;
    C.) You, the buyer, are unsatisfied with the purchase after seven days and the Spa is New and Unused;
            1.)  The Spa must be returned to the Point of Origin at the expense of the Buyer;
            2.) The Spa must be packed in a manner acceptable to the shipper;

Accessories:  Unless otherwise noted on the purchase receipt, all Spas are shipped with chemical starter kits.  All Elite Spas are shipped with cover lifters. These items are shipped with the spa but may also be shipped  by U.P.S. on the day the Spa is shipped and may arrive before or after the Spa itself.

Buyer's Bill of Rights:  Partypools warrants that all merchandise is shipped directly from the factory (except steps), That the merchandise is new, that it was build and tested by HydroSpa, that it was insured with the shipper, that it includes a full factory warranty, it is of high quality and free of defects, and that no hidden or added charges apply to the purchase.
